1. Can we start a low MOQ business?

To begin our cooperation, we’re glad to help you open the market with no strict minimum order quantity if your required fabric is in stock, you can mix colors.

2. Can I have a customized design on the lenzing tencel fabric?

Except solid color Tencel fabrics, we accept printing the required design on the fabric. We have a great number of design options for you to choose, of course you can share your own design with us.

3. How can I get a color swatch?

You’re able to place the order to get a color swatch when requiring sample fabrics. All Tencel colors are on the color swatch. We would like to recommend samples to touch and see the quality, if you love our fabric quality, when you place a bulk quantity order in the future, we're happy to provide a color swatch for free. It's convenient to see the actual color.

4. How long will I receive my purchase?

We can send samples within 3-5 days, sample delivery is by express, you're able to receive them very soon. For the bulk order, the lead time is 2 weeks. Actual lead time will be as per the manufacture time if the color is sold out and we need to reproduce more.
